Fun new Fall and Winter projects...

Moda designer "Chez Moi" has 2 fun new linen blend panels.  I had great fun making pillows and using black Minkee on the back of the pillows (The Minkee is only $8.95 a yard!).  I also put some of the panel pieces into frames and a hoop.  EASY PEASY!

This is what each panel looks like:

This is a hand embroidered wall hanging called "Live Oaks" by Kathy Schmitz.  The pattern is $10.00 and the kit including the backing fabric is $37.99.
 The wall hanging is 20" x 28"

This fun wall hanging is from Studio e.  It is called "Harvest Moon".  The panel is $12.00.  The complete kit for the 52" x 47" wall hanging is $79.95.

Another fun new Halloween quilt, "BOO"!  This one is made with two jelly rolls.  It would look great in other color choices without the word "BOO" appliqued on.  The finished quilt is 78" x 85".  The kit with cotton backing is $169.95.  With flannel backing (Black with White polka dots) the kit is$184.95.  I backed mine with flannel.  I think it will make a lovely snuggle quilt.
Megan Best quilted it with this
wonderful all-over spider pattern!
I made a table runner with the left overs.
This is another jelly roll quilt made with Holly Taylor panels (2) and one jelly roll from her Country Charm fabric line.  Doug Leko is the pattern designer.  I LOVE the rich warm colors.  The kit is $168.50
and the quilt finishes at 69" x 87".
Here is my finished winter gnome bench pillow.  I LOVE THIS ONE!  I have kits available for $44.95.  The pattern if purchased separately is $15.00.  Below I have several close ups so you can see the details and color placement if you choose to buy a kit.

And these are some new Halloween Gnomes that I just finished putting together.  The pattern is the same one I made Christmas Gnomes with last year, but I switched out the colors and added a brim to make the stocking cap a witch hat!  The pattern is $14.00 and I will all the pattern for the hat brim.  The finished gnomes are $13.95 - $19.95, depending on the size you want.

I have been listening to Harry Potter while sewing and I think that may have influenced the outcome!

Here are the close up shots of the
Gnome Bench Pillow...

That is it for tonight...time to get some sleep!  There are so many more projects to work on...tomorrow!
