This beautiful Vintage Christmas line is called "Christmas Magic" and it is from Blank Fabrics. 

 I am already dreaming about what pattern to make!

And this is the newest line from Kim Diehl.  "Every Heart Beats True".  I have all the fabrics to make the quilt shown, as well as Jellies, layers and charm packs

This is a new line from Riley Blake.  It takes a charm pack and background fabric to make the quilt.  You can choose either the cream or dark green fabric for the background.

The pattern is on order, I am eagerly awaiting it!

And this is the newest fabric line from Birdbrain Designs, called "Christmas Time".  I am using some of her older patterns to use with the new fabrics!

These 3 pillows are in one pattern.  The kit with ALL the fabric and the Cosmo floss is $41.95

 I am working madly on getting the panel from this line turned into a quilt.  It also comes with precuts; Jellies Layer cakes and Charm Squares.  Next week I get the Moda flannels from Kansas Troubles.  It is in beautiful Autumn Tones.  I will post pictures when it arrives!

This is a new apron panel.  I think it is particularly appropriate for Father's Day

This quilt has been l-o-n-g in the making.  It is from Quilt Doodle designs.  I did the embroidery with pearl cotton and did needle turn applique and made the flower centers out of yo-yos.  This was definitely a labor of love and I am thrilled with the finished product.  Nikki Crisp did the machine custom quilting on it.  There are close up pictures of the blocks so you can have a good look at the handwork and Nikki's quilting!  I think she knocked it out of the park with her quilting!

The finished quilt is 84" x 98"

This cute melting snowman from Penny Lane Primitives is just adorable!  I made it out of wool and

Birdbrain Designs has a new line coming out called "Christmastime"  and Maywood Studios is going to feature my shop so I am busy working on stitcheries that will go with their new 

red and green fabric line!

These prints are more of a Spring Green in person, not this grey.

Happy New Year!  I hope you all had a good holiday season and are pumped and ready to start some new projects in the New Year!  This new quilt and pillow are from the Dainty Meadow Fabric Collection from Moda.  The pattern is "Sew Smitten"  and finishes at 56" x 56".  There is a close up picture of the pillow and more info down below.  The quilt is a quick one to do with a jelly roll!  The kit with flannel backing is $136.95.  I made my sample with pink minkee backing.  Megan Best quilted it for $130.00, and bonus-her machine figures out the scalloped border!

This is made with Robin Pickens newest fabric line "Darling Peony"  It finishes at 65" x 65"  The pattern is $12.00.  I put a plush backing from Shannon Fabrics on mine.  The cost with the backing is $208.75.  Without backing it is $143.75.  It uses a layer cake, and there are plenty of 10" squares left over to make coordinating pillows or a table runner.  Megan Best quilted this one for $125.00.

Here is a close up photo of the butterfly pillow.  It is made from a mine charm pack.  I did the quilting on this and it took me longer to quilt it than to piece it!   

But, it was fun to quilt it!  The pattern is by Lella Boutique and costs $10.00.  

The kit with backing for the pillow is $25.00

And this is a panel that has a playmate, a little book and some soft stuffies to play with!  The panel is  $13.00.  It is all about things that GO!

 #2-  Nikki Crisp will be at Folktales March 3-4, so if you have any quilt tops that need quilting, now is the time to get them ready so you can drop them off at the shop then.
 #3- March 4th is my birthday so if you come in on March 4th and wish me a Happy Birthday I will give you a free cotton Fat Quarter!
