A Gardener's Alphabet...finished at last

And now on to new projects!  Busy designing a quilt for the March Tri-County Quilt Tour.  And making some chickens and roosters!  I have started the embroidery on "Vintage Tin".  Oh, yes and then there is Valentine's Day...So much to do!  So much fun!

I know many of you have been waiting a long time for this fabric.  It arrived on Wednesday, January 2 and now the kits are ready!  And JUST in time...I sent "Gardener's Alphabet to the quilter's today!  The new Crabapple winter/ Christmas patterns are also in the shop...along with lots of other new project ideas.  There are still a lot of long winter evenings ahead of us so treat yourself to a new project!  The new patterns from Fay Paints will be here on Monday.  So hard to decide which project to start on!

Christmas Open House

 This is a "no sew" star garland from Sandy Gervais.


 And this is "Slim, the Snowman"  from the Winter issue of the magazine, " Primitive Quilts and Projects".  The complete kit is $25.00.
 This table runner is adapted from Blackberry Roads "Snowflake" pattern  and the picture below shows several projects including Lilyanna Stitches' Snow", Buttermilk Basin's February candle mat and In Sew Many Words' "Silent Night".
 And this is one of Lilyanna Stitches newest patterns.  I Love it!

November projects begun...



 Here is a new wool project from "Lillyana Stitches"...  a quick one to make with just 2 colors of wool.  The finished project is about 15" square.
 I finished "Silent Night".  The pattern is $8.50.  The specialty flosses make this one just glimmer with winter magic.
 And 2 new stitcheries in one pattern from "Blueberry Backroads".  You can do them up in embroidery alone or add wool appliques.




These patchwork stockings were made using two different "Fig Tree Quilt" patterns.  I used 3 Sister's "Sentiments" fabric line.
 And here are some of the beautiful new fabrics from Primitive Gatherings'
 "Old Glory" fabric line from  Moda.
