May

A few new items to get you inspired!
This sweet farm quilt is so much fun to put together!
The fabric "Happy Day Farm"  is designed by Dan Dipaollo for Clothworks and the pattern is from Ladeebug Designs
The kit with coordinating backing is $115.00
If you prefer to choose your own backing, the kit is $85.00
I quilted this one myself.
I am almost finished with a coordinating table runner, I just have to get the binding on and finish making the kits.
This $13.00 pre-printed panel from Bareroots is almost done!  Just have to finish up the hand quilting, trim it up and put the binding on!  The fabric kit with backing is $54.95.
The DMC flosses are not included.
This week the UPS man really was like Santa Claus, bringing me an entire line of new Christmas fabrics! And these great patterns to go with the fabric line!

I also got another quilt from Nikki Crisp that she quilted for me.  It is called "Climbing Vine"  As soon as I get the binding
on that one I will post a picture.
She has 4 more quilts of mine that she is hoping to get done for me before Shop Hop.  Yes, it is almost here!  It starts on June 19th this year.  The brochures and passports are here anytime you have a chance to come by and pick one up.
I am also making progress on some of those slow stitching projects that I love.  The one I have been working on this past year is from "Hatched and Patched".  It is called "Around Town" and includes lots of hexies and 16 small embroidery blocks.  I was stuck on what fabric to put around the embroideries but I found some from Diamond Textiles and it came today and is absolutely perfect!
I don't know if I will EVER get tired of new projects and new fabrics.  The shop will be 29 years old in June and I think I get just as excited now as I did back then!
Next year we are going to have quite the celebration!
So a great big THANK YOU to all of you who have supported my shop over the years, making it possible for me to keep doing what I love and sharing the adventure with all of you!
My husband and I are heading to Europe on Monday to see our precious grandson, (and his parents C; ).  There are lovely ladies that are willing to run the shop while I go play.
Hope to see you when I get back...and maybe I will make some progress on some of my stitcheries while I am on the planes, trains and automobiles.  Or maybe I will just read a good book and play with William C:
