A big THANK YOU to all of you making the effort to take the detour to 17th Street to get to the shop! I know we are all tired of the road work, but I do appreciate your loyalty and perseverance. If you haven't been to the shop lately, a reminder that you can't come through from the Guide Meridian at this time because they have the bridge out. Take Front Street to 17th Street and turn South on 17th. It is only a couple of blocks out of the way and I hope you will find it worth the extra effort once you get here!

here at last...
This is the new quilt called "Daddy's Girl". I used Arlene Neely's Fabric line. So sweet! The kit with the pattern is $87.95, including the flannel backing. The pattern by itself is $9.50.
This fun quilt is called "Bundle of Jungle" by Marcus Brothers. The kit with the pattern is $90.00. As always, each of these kits include the backing. If you are interested, please contact me at 360-354-0855, or email me at folktales@netzero.net.
Both of these quilts are appropriate for beginners. They sew up quickly but the results are so much fun!

This is a new quilt pieced and quilted by Sharon Coots. Thank you, Sharon! Sharon will be working Mondays from now until the end of the year at the shop. I am going to go play and leave Folktales in her most capable hands.
Lots of fun new fall ideas. The Pillowcase is one of Crabapplehill's recent releases. Sherri Nelson made this model. The witch is appropriately called "Smell My Feet".
Thank you, Sherri!
OOPS! I can't seem to get this one turned around! It is a split nine patch using the "French General" line from Moda. Sharon loaned this one to me to show off the beautiful fabrics.
I LOVE this one. It is my personal inspiration. Primitive Gatherings has a lovely series of patterns that all fit into the same frame size.
That is it for today. I am binding a couple of fun girlie quilts. I will try to get them posted in the next day or two. The bridge on Kok Road is Missing In Action. If you want to come visit take Front Street to 17th Street and go south. The new road is very nice and there won't be any delays. It just takes a little more effort to get here. Hopefully it will be worth your time!
