Here is another table runner using the "Split Decisions" table runner pattern and the new Three sisters line of fabric "Wintergreen"

 

 "Vintage Tin" is finished at last.  I had SOOO much fun with this one.  I added lots and lots of personal touches...including the map, the license plate numbers...

 My husband, Piet, makes biodiesel for our vehicles so "Joe's Fill er Up"  got tweeked

 And "Folktales" couldn't be left out!

 I have kits made up with all of these fabrics, or you can purchase the pattern only for $27.00

at long last...a blog update

 Here is a new table runner from "Fast and Furious Home".  While I was off playing Carolyn Moss made this sample for the shop from Kathy Schmidt's fabric line for Moda.  

And I stitched this from the new book "Words with Wool".  All kinds of fun ideas for words and phrases for holidays and special occasions using fabric scraps and wool.

 "Summer Afternoon" by Kati's Cupcake Pattern company.  I used water color pencils to add a splash of color.  Such fun!

 "Cheers!"  Wine Bags for all seasons.  Great gift giving idea!  Pattern-$9.00.  Each wine bag fabric kit is $10.00.

And just in time for the County Fair..."Who is the Boss?"  by Geoff's Mom's Patterns

 These two happy witches are from Gail Pan.  The pattern has both of the embroidery designs for $15.00. 

There are all sorts of beautiful new fabric lines, as well as other samples and books and patterns...I will try very hard to get some pics posted of all of the above.  But the sun is so lovely and the evenings outside are so pleasant it is hard to tear myself away and sit at the computer!  Hope you are all enjoying this amazing summer. 

Events and happenings at Folktales

Check this out!  Folktales has the honor of displaying the Western Washington Shop Hop Quilt this year!

 So Many fun blocks!  All the shops have the posters so check out which block was designed by each store.

 And Fay Isminger has sent her trunk show to Folktales.  AWESOME stuff.  She uses watercolor colored pencils to bring her stitcheries to life.
