Happy New Year! This post is long overdue...


 Sorry I did not get this picture up sooner.  This is the finished sample of the free pattern from Crabapple Hill and Folktales that I gave out during my Christmas Open House.  If you have the embroidery finished now you can see how I added the borders and binding.
 This is a new adaptation of an older Kansas Troubles quilt pattern.  I made it with Minnick and Simpson's "Farm House Reds" fabric line.  I do have a few kits ready.  
Hard to believe it is time to think about Valentine's Day!
 Makes a sweet table topper!  I have always thought about adding a few more rows to make a crib quilt.  Maybe someday...
