TOMORROW IS THE FIRST DAY OF FOLKTALES'
30th ANNIVERSARY SALE!

And I can't wait to see you!  This week Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and Saturday I am celebrating with 30% off all cotton precuts.  Jelly Rolls (2 1/2" strips), Honey Buns (1 1/2" strips), 10" squares (layer cakes) 5" squares (charm packs)  and candies (2 1/2" squares).  And that includes all flannel precuts!  Fat quarters and wool will not be included in the sale. I will be serving wine and sweet tea and cheese and crackers and all sorts of yummy things!

And I have some new kits and LOTS of new fabric!  Too much to take photos of all of them!
This little beauty is done with a panel and I adapted one of Villa Rosa Designs patterns to work with it.  The kit is $59.50 and includes the pattern and my instructions and all the fabric...even the backing!

And this beauty is called Christmas Joy and the fabrics are from Moda designer "Sweet Fire Road"
I LOVE this one!  It is so fresh and crisp!  The kit with pattern and backing is $183.95.

AND ALL THE PRECUTS ARE 30% OFF THIS WEEK!

Nikki Crisp has quilted all of these for me and she has done an awesome job as always!

This fabric line is also from Moda.  It is called Dainty Meadow and the kit is $135.95, including the backing.

This one is SO much prettier in person!
And ALL the precuts are 30% OFF this week!

This fun quilt is from a fabric line by In the Beginning.  I just love this border print!  Once again I adapted a Villa Rosa Design pattern to make this.  The center is made with their "Slice and Dice" pattern.  I used fewer fat quarters and added the border.
This kit with backing is $115.00

This is just ONE of the MANY new fabric lines in the shop.  It is called MUSE by 3 sisters for Moda fabrics.  It is $13.50 per yard, and just so beautiful!  I also have ALL the precuts
and they are ALL 30% off

And this is a new dishtowel from Bareroots.  The pattern is $9.50. Now that summer is here it seems quite appropriate!

I went to Toronto to surprise my dear friend for her birthday.  Her and her husband have bees and flowers and they take honey and cut flowers to their local markets to sell, so we worked on these towels
together when I was there.

I just want to thank each and everyone of you for your support for 30 years!  The friendships I have made are priceless. This whole community of crafters and quilters is such a wonderful thing to be a part of! It has been a privilege to share your life stories alongside mine.  When I started I had young children and now I have the joy of being a Nana (which is the reason I took Mondays off 8 years ago!)  and many of you have shared the same joys and sorrows right along with me. Many tears have been shed, and many sorrows have been shared.  I have had the joy of knowing so many who are no longer here.  But I have learned so much from all of you who have walked this journey alongside of me.  I don't think I can EVER retire!
So here's to the next ? years!

HAPPY SUMMER!

This is a new quilt that I finally got around to making.  It was a very quick project, it just took me awhile to get to it.  It was worth the wait!  The kit with pattern and fabric, including the backing is $77.95.

And I just love this one!  The fabric line is "Farmhouse Americana"  and one of my daughters has already claimed it!  This kit, including pattern and backing is $95.00

This is my oldest granddaughter, Jocelyn.  Since before I became a Nana I always wanted my grandchildren to color one of my traced stitcheries.  So it finally happened!  Jocelyn is 8 and she colored this and then I embroidered it.  I have only one kit left and it is $25.00.  It is a Crabapple Hill pattern, and if you haven't heard already, she has retired, so the patterns that I have in stock are all I will ever have.  My 7 year old granddaughter and my 5 year old granddaughter also colored in some stitcheries.  I finished the embroideries but haven't gotten them made into wall hangings yet.  They are SO excited about making samples for Nana's store, and I think their mother's will be thrilled with these keepsakes, as well!

This is my embroidered Shop Hop Block.  The kit will be $3.00  It does not include the flosses, they are sold separately.  The flosses are Cosmo flosses, numbers 482, 5031, 8012, 8024, 8028, 8059, 8060 and 8066.  I have floss bundles available if you need them, I also have them sold individually if you have some already and just need a few of the colors.
This is a sample of the same embroidery colored with Premier Prisma Colored Pencils.  The colors I used are:  Sunburst yellow, Canary Yellow, Kelp Green, Grass Green, Apple Green, Sap green, Pink, Deco pink, Violet Blue, Parma Violet, Dahlia purple, Violet, Ultramarine, Blue Lake and Chocolate.
This is Nancy Halvorsen's newest book, with lots of great new patterns and a beautiful line of fabrics to go with it!

This is Hoffman's Happy Father's Day panel.  It is $23.95 and includes the extra fabric to make the ties, border and backing. All you need to add is some black!

This is the newest fabric line from 3 Sisters from Moda.  The bolts are arriving this week!

Shop Hop runs from June 16 to June 29.  The cost of my Shop Hop fabric is $12.50 per yard.  Fat Quarters will be $3.00.  If you want to pre-order,  just call or text 360.354.0855 and I will have it waiting for you when you get here!

All of these quilts were quilted by Nikki Crisp and I have a few more that just need the binding, so I hope to post them later this week.  Hope you are enjoying this glorious weather!  And I hope you get a chance to support your local quilt shops during Shop Hop!  Happy Stitching!
