This is a queen size quilt I am someday hoping to give to my son. He is a mechanical engineer and I think he will love all the geometric lines and patterns. He better love it! It sure took me a while to get it finished. Oh, but still not done sewing on the binding!
And here are a few of the fun new flannels...
This line I am SO anxious to start playing with. It is called "Vintage Dry Goods" Table runners, aprons, pillows...I don't know where to start!
And just for fun I had to order these adorable frogs and lady bugs. Just couldn't help myself! And there is a free downloadable pattern coming soon!
On Monday, March 4th, I am celebrating (?) my 55th Birthday. I am feeling kind of blue about this one, so I decided to throw myself a party to cheer myself up. So on Monday, from 10 to 5 there will be Chocolate cake and coffee and tea to sweeten the day, and if you wish me a "Happy Birthday" I will let you choose a cotton fat quarter as my birthday gift to you! So please come out and help me celebrate! Times like these, I need my friends around me!
